Moves Made Terms of Use

By downloading or using Moves Made, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the publisher of Moves Made. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app.

2. Moves Made Premium and Billing

• Available plans, prices, billing periods, and eligibility details are displayed in the app from the current RevenueCat offering and Apple's App Store information for your region and currency. We do not guarantee that any particular subscription plan will always be available.
• Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple presents the price and applicable renewal terms before you confirm a purchase and governs billing, cancellation, and refund handling.
• Moves Made Premium access is available only while the app can verify an active subscription entitlement through RevenueCat. Signing in with Apple does not purchase, activate, or guarantee Premium access.
• You can use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple and RevenueCat to restore eligible purchases associated with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
• You can use Manage Subscription on a supported Apple device to open the available Apple subscription-management experience. You may also manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.

3. App Features and Your Content

Moves Made provides tools including Today's Moves, Big Moves, Daily Moves, Routines, Focus, and Progress. You are responsible for the content you create and for deciding how to use the app's planning and productivity information. Your content remains yours, subject to the limited processing needed to provide local app features and any cloud services you choose to use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the app or its underlying code.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, user accounts, or backend systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the app or API by automated means.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The app's software, design, branding, and publisher-provided content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Moves Made is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app, cloud synchronization, notifications, or subscription features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Productivity outcomes depend on individual choices and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the app or applicable requirements change. When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes through the app or another reasonable channel and update the date shown above. Continued use of Moves Made after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
